How are analyses counted?

Free gets three analyses per rolling thirty days. Pro gets forty per month. A new swing counts when the analysis finishes. A failed analysis is not meant to count against you; on the free tier the abuse guard may count repeated failures.

What happens when I hit the limit?

You can still record clips and replay old analyses. The Analyze button waits until the next window opens. On Free the window resets thirty days after each analysis; on Pro the allowance resets monthly, even on the annual plan.

What camera setup actually works?

Tripod at hip height, framed face-on or down-the-line, the full swing visible inside the guides. Five to eight seconds. Indoor net or outdoor range; the model is happy with both as long as the ball-flight portion of the swing is in frame.

The model got something wrong.

Each analysis ends with a Was this useful? prompt and two buttons: helpful and not helpful. Tap the not-helpful button and add a note about where it missed. We read those notes when tuning the coaching prompts; we do not train any public model on your clip.

How many follow-ups can I ask per analysis?

Five on Free, ten on Pro. The counter shows at the bottom of the chat. When that allowance is spent, the per-swing chat remains readable in your library but cannot accept more messages.

When does a new Coach read arrive?

A fresh read is written shortly after each analysis. The AI reads the new swing in the context of your recent swings (about the last 90 days) and posts it to the top of the Coach Inbox. Earlier reads are saved read-only with their coaching content and metadata only.

What part of the Coach Inbox needs Pro?

Your current Coach read is free for everyone. The archive and the ability to ask the coach follow-up questions on the current read are Pro. Cross-swing analysis is roughly an order of magnitude more compute than a single-swing read. We would rather charge for the harder thing honestly than blur the line on the free tier.

Can I chat about an earlier Coach read?

No. Only the current Coach read supports follow-up chat. Earlier reads open read-only with the coaching read and its metadata; the archive does not preserve or expose chat threads.

How do I cancel Pro?

Settings on your iPhone; tap your name; Subscriptions; FairwaySwing; Cancel Subscription. The cycle keeps its remaining analyses through the end of the paid period.

How do I switch from monthly to annual (or back)?

From the same Subscriptions screen, tap FairwaySwing and pick the plan you want. The App Store shows when the change takes effect and any charge before you confirm.

I got a new phone. Do I have to pay again?

No. Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap Restore purchases. Apple confirms your entitlement and Pro turns on.

Refunds?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us and we will advocate for the refund where it is reasonable.

How do I delete a swing, an analysis, or a chat?

Swipe left on the swing in your library and tap Delete. The swing, its analysis, and its chat thread are removed from your library and the clip is queued for removal from storage.

How do I delete my account?

Settings inside the app; Delete account. This removes every swing, analysis, chat, and digest you have on our server; removes your stored clips from storage; detaches your subscription record; and signs you out everywhere. There is no undo.

Where can I read the privacy details?

On the Privacy page. The short answer: your clips are stored on our server alongside their analyses for as long as you keep them; the analysis itself is generated by our AI provider under a contract that bars retention for training; and we do not sell anything to anyone.
